7th Period Discussion 3/20

Your Task:

Read the two articles on Victorian poverty and Charles Dickens and create 3 questions using the following format:
Level 1 question - A reading comprehension, question. This question can be answered with the article or with a dictionary and has a right or wrong answer. Possible question stems: Who? What? Where? When?
Level 2 question - An inference based question. This question requires the answerer to read between the lines. Possible question stems: Explain, Compare, Analyze

1. Which statistics did you find the most surprising? Why?
2. What do you think Charles Dickens would say about poverty in the United States if he were alive today? Why?
